We are excited to offer two new opportunities for our alumni to get involved in the COMM-unity.
We are soft launching a series of Senior Send-Off experiences, intended to inspire and prepare our graduating seniors as they transition into post-graduate life. We are calling on our alumni base to participate in various virtual and in-person career events ranging from panel discussions, to networking and tabling opportunities. If you or your employer are interested in participating in Senior Send Off initiatives, please fill out our volunteer interest form, or reach out to Gillian Cobb (ghcobb@uw.edu) with any questions.
Calling all locals! The Department of Communication is hosting a food drive to collect food and hygiene products to support our Husky community. From now until January 2, 2026, we invite you to stop by the Communication building and bring your donations to the COM Undergraduate Advising Office (4109 E Stevens Way NE, Room 118) during open hours (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm)! All items will be donated to Any Hungry Husky and the U District Food Bank. Please reach out to Director of Academic Services Erika Samson (samsonej@uw.edu) with any questions.
