Join UW COM in Summer 2024 for more than two dozen thought provoking communication courses.
This summer the Department of Communication will offer a broad spectrum of courses from world class professors, including introduction to communication, public speaking, rhetoric, interpersonal communication, audio storytelling, and courses at the intersection of technology, history, ethics, law, writing, and research.
Summer session courses run for either 4-week quick sessions (June 17-July 17 or July 18-August 16) or for the full session (June 17-August 16) and are open to anyone who wants an opportunity to learn something new in a different setting. Many of our courses will be offered online through Distance Learning, providing the opportunity to take courses from anywhere in the world.
